Position: Senior Finance Internal Auditor

Job Description: Mintek is seeking a Senior Finance Internal Auditor to oversee internal audit functions within the finance department. You will evaluate financial operations, assess risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct internal audits of financial processes and controls.
  • Identify areas of financial risk and recommend improvements.
  • Review financial statements, reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop audit findings and present recommendations to management.
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CA(SA)) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Internal Auditor, preferably in a finance environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
