Job Description: Stefanutti Stocks is hiring a Site Agent to oversee construction sites and manage day-to-day operations. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Monitor site progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Implement health and safety measures on site.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
