1. Driver

Job Summary:
As a Driver at Anglo American, you will be responsible for transporting goods and personnel safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid driver’s license (Code depending on the vehicle type).

2. Patrol Security

Job Summary:
As a Patrol Security Officer, you will ensure the safety and security of company premises and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility.
  • Monitor security systems and respond to alarms.
  • Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Previous security experience is advantageous.

3. Payroll Execution Officer

Job Summary:
The Payroll Execution Officer will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll information and maintain payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll matters.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Previous experience in payroll or HR is preferred.

4. Learning Officer

Job Summary:
As a Learning Officer, you will support the training and development of employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Experience in training or educational roles is an advantage.

Salary:

R20,000 per month
