Power Adenco is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in payroll processing and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience or qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
