Position: Admin Officer

Job Description: Clover SA is seeking a motivated Admin Officer to join our team. You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Handle queries from clients and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Perform data entry, update databases, and prepare documents as needed.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
