Job Description: As a Branch Assistant at OVK, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our branch. You will assist in administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Provide support to branch staff as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers both in Afrikaans and English.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience would be advantageous.
